Responsibilities Conduct daily intake checks, document issues, and escalate non-conformances. Perform warehouse stock audits and initiate corrective actions for quality issues. Log and track customer complaints, coordinate investigations, and prepare responses. Complete monthly product sampling, evaluate quality, and report key findings. Review and verify supplier documentation for on-boarding and compliance. Maintain accurate quality records and support audits and regulatory compliance.
