If youre ready to make a meaningful impact on childrens lives and be part of a supportive and innovative team, wed love to hear from you What Were Looking For: Essential Qualification: A minimum Level 5 qualification in Childcare or an equivalent DCYA-approved certification is required. Expertise in Aistear and Solta: A strong understanding of the Aistear curriculum framework and Solta quality standards is essential. Youll use these frameworks to create enriching, child-centered learning experiences. Child Development Knowledge: A solid understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices. Activity Planning: Experience in planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities that align with Aistears themes and Soltas principles. Documentation Skills: Ability to observe, document, and reflect on childrens progress and interests in line with Aistear and Solta guidelines. Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and children.
