Finance Manager – Dublin City Office based Robert Walters are working with a well established Irish organisation looking to hire a Finance Manager in the heart of Dublin City. In this role you will oversee all aspects of the Accounts Department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will play a key role in safeguarding company assets, driving cost reduction initiatives, and supporting revenue growth. Based in Dublin City with a salary in the €60,000 - €65,000 range plus bonus.
Responsibilities Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including income recognition, account reconciliation, and month-end closings.
Preparing monthly Profit & Loss statements and presenting financial reports to stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Overseeing payroll processes and ensuring accuracy in holiday pay, sick pay, and other entitlements.
Supporting annual budget preparation and monthly forecasting.
Conducting internal audits and maintaining sound financial systems.
Qualifications A qualified accountant with strong knowledge of finance principles (GAAP).
Experienced in financial management (5+ years), ideally within the hospitality industry.
Proficient in Excel and automated financial reporting systems.
Skilled in analysing financial data and preparing detailed reports.
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across departments.
