Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to young children, supporting their development in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be required to plan and implement daily activities appropriate for the children in our service. Liaise with families and build strong relationships to best support the children. Work with fellow colleagues in curriculum planning, following all relevant/current guidelines. Light cleaning duties included. Requirements: A minimum level QQI 5 in Early Childcare & Education is required to work as part of our morning team or a minimum level of 6 in the afternoon session Certificates in Children First, First Aid, Manual Handling or HACCP Advantageous Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting. Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs and interests of children. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
