Senior Product Marketing Manager – EMEA & LATAM

Dublin | 6-Month Contract | Full-Time | Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join a leading global technology company for a 6-month contract. This role sits within their largest business unit and focuses on shaping product strategy, go-to-market plans, and sales enablement across the EMEA and LATAM regions.

What You'll Do

- Develop Regional Product Marketing Strategy – Create scalable growth strategies tailored to diverse EMEA & LATAM markets, working closely with sales, product, operations, and global marketing teams.
- Lead Go-to-Market Execution – Drive product launches from MVP to maturity, informed by customer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends.
- Create Compelling Product Messaging – Craft clear, engaging narratives that communicate product value and resonate across multiple markets.
- Enable Sales Success – Build sales enablement materials and training to boost productivity and results across field sales teams.
- Manage Stakeholders – Collaborate with global and regional peers across marketing, product, sales, and operations in a matrix environment.

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years in Product Marketing or related marketing role, with hands-on experience in new product launches, go-to-market strategies, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Proven track record in technology and B2B environments.
- Experience partnering with global teams and influencing strategy from a regional perspective.
- Strong ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- French or German language skills are a plus.
