Link Personnel has been instructed by our client, a long-established Full Services Law Firm based in Dublin City Centre. This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor who wishes to progress their legal career within a Commercial area. You will be mentored by a leading professional in their field.

Salary: €60k

Benefits: Pension, Discounted Healthcare, Hybrid Working, Bonus

The Role:

- Work across all areas of commercial law, particularly commercial litigation and contracts
- Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts and corporate agreements
- Provide day-to-day commercial law assistance to clients
- Advise clients on intellectual property, data protection, e-commerce, corporate transactions, and company law
- Assist in managing complex litigation before the High Court and Commercial Court

The Candidate:

- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Keyhouse knowledge is preferred
