Our client is a leading professional services firm that has been growing rapidly in Ireland. With over 2500 employees and 8 offices across Ireland and the Isle of Man, they are committed to providing their people with the best opportunities for personal and professional growth.
They are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Financial Services Audit team in Dublin. As a key member of the team, you will manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, providing audit and related services.

3pm finish on Fridays during the summer months and before a bank holiday
Main Responsibilities —
Manage a large and varied portfolio of clients, ensuring the quality of audit work is of the highest standard
Develop and maintain client relationships, including the promotion of new business opportunities
Supervise and train junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed
Take responsibility for managing and reviewing the work of the audit team
Prepare and present business tenders to develop and grow the client portfolio
Negotiate client fees and manage working capital
About you —
ACA/ACCA qualified
Minimum 7+ years’ experience
Insurance audit experience is highly desirable
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Irish GAAP and auditing standards (IFRS experience is an advantage but not essential)
Experience in electronic auditing and the ability to motivate and manage staff under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and analytical assessment
Commercial awareness and the ability to make professional judgments based on findings
Portfolio management experience
Experience working as part of a team supporting others
Experience gained in a Big 4 accounting firm would be advantageous
