What the day looks like The Talent Practice in Aon Ireland has an opening for a Senior Consultant & Team Lead, to manage a team in the delivery of psychometric assessments and talent advisory for our clients. Working alongside a team of experienced Organisational Psychologists and Human Capital consultants, you will be given the unique opportunity to develop data-led solutions and drive strategic workforce change in the ever-growing and competitive Irish Labour Market. Main responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring teams to deliver consulting projects, ensuring effective coordination and professional development of junior consultants. Implementing psychometric assessments for recruitment and development Supporting the development of skills frameworks and profiles Working on projects related to compensation and total rewards Project management and continuous learning on a variety of Talent Advisory topics Conducting research and qualitative analysis to inform project outcomes Assisting in the design and delivery of workshops and client presentations Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery Participating in internal meetings and learning sessions to build your consulting skills Managing client relationships to ensure continued success Supporting on business development activities including proposals and events How this opportunity is different This is an exciting opportunity to work with a capable team in the expansion of our talent consulting offerings. Skills required for the role are below, but not limited to: MSc/MA in a relevant field, such as Occupational Psychology, HR, Business Analytics, or equivalent HR qualification Minimum 6-10 years' experience in consultancy/professional advisory working with external clients; relevant similar experience will be considered Minimum 1-3 years' management experience Evidence of complex project management experience Experience working with data and using data analysis to inform decision-making Understanding of psychometrics, recruitment, talent advisory and rewards Flexibility to travel as required How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
