BIM Coordinator Dublin 11 2+ Years Experience | Office-Based We are seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to join a dynamic construction team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 2+ years BIM experience to work on high-profile projects and develop their career in a collaborative, supportive environment. Purpose of Role Work closely with the project BIM Lead to ensure workflows, models, and deliverables meet project standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) to ensure project quality standards. Produce accurate 3D BIM models in line with project requirements. Ensure models comply with established BIM workflows and standards. Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, design teams, and clients. Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and BIM content. Generate construction drawings and extract data from models. Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure compliance with ISO standards. Conduct model checks and manage clash detection using Navisworks. Support continuous BIM knowledge development across the project team. Candidate Requirements Degree in Building Information Modelling, Engineering, or Architecture preferred. 2+ years experience in a BIM role; main contractor experience is an advantage. Proficient in Revit and Navisworks; Dynamo knowledge is desirable. Understanding of MEP, Architectural, and Structural Revit models. Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM procedures. Good understanding of construction processes and sequencing onsite. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, flexible, and keen to adopt innovative digital construction practices.
