We are moving past the traditional IT Services group of "fighting fires" and are always looking for ways to proactively automate and save our employees' precious time. What you'll work on:

Delivering world-class IT support to #teamClio around the globe.

Driving technical best practices and tailor adoption to meet end-user needs.

Delivering onsite support for meeting room audiovisual systems, end-user hardware, and office network infrastructure across our Dublin and UK office locations. This may include travel between offices.

Leading by example and provide mentorship and training to members of the team.

Onboarding new Clions to our systems, applications, and various technologies.

Maintaining an accurate inventory of all hardware through asset management tools.

Owning the procurement and logistics of new hardware and software.

Prioritizing and understand the importance of IT security protocols.

Implementing and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans.

Collaborating with external management and department leaders to assess near and long-term technology needs.

Creating and maintain documentation to standardize processes within the IT Team.

Continually grow, learn, and share as we strive to push technical boundaries

What you bring:

Highly experienced in managing inbound tickets from submission to completion.

Mastery in documenting troubleshooting steps and communicating solutions with end users.

Ability to analyze IT processes and procedures and implement change to improve efficiency for other members of your team.

Deep experience using Kandji and a core understanding of MDM on the macOS platform.

Experience working in environments with 2500+ endpoints.

Extensive knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Windows systems.

Deep familiarity with SaaS tools including Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Adobe, 1Password, GSuite and Github.

Keen interest in technological development and advancements.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present subject matter to a wide variety of audiences.

Experience managing medium to large-sized projects is a must-have.

Extensive experience using Okta and Okta Workflows

Extensive experience using Terraform to provision and manage cloud-based IT infrastructure (e.g., for Okta, MDM, or internal tooling).

Strong fundamentals in Microsoft InTune and SharePoint.

Bonus points if you have:

Experience managing Windows devices with Azure AD.

Experience working with global offices and communicating abroad.

Proficiency scripting in Ruby, Python, or Bash.

The full salary range* for this role is €70,500 to €83,000 to €95,500 EUR.Please note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may differ depending on the employee's location.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
