Clinical Nurse Manager Wicklow Nursing Home Our client is a long-established Nursing Home Group based in Wicklow is looking for Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to assume responsibility for the care of residents for their home About the role: The Clinical Nurse Manager will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to provide a consistently strong standard of care to our residents. The post holder must be enthusiastic, motivated, committed to resident focused care. About the role: The Clinical Nurse Manager will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to provide a consistently strong standard of care to our residents. The post holder must be enthusiastic, motivated, committed to resident focused care. The Clinical Nurse Manager will assume responsibility for the day-to-day clinical management of the nursing home, while co-ordinating the care and activities of the residents. Quality of care, being mindful of HIQA regulations, is the fundamental aspect of this role. Role responsibilities: O Quality of Care Responsibilities O Day to day supervision of the care and nursing staff O Co-ordinate resident activities O Work within HIQA regulations Role requirements: O Candidates must be registered with NMBI. O Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills O Excellent communication and people skills. O Sound decision making ability. O Experience in care of the elderly.
