Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 11 years of combined experience in sales, marketing, advertising, online media, Online Retail or strategy consulting. Experience in the Italian market, working with Italian clients or digital advertising agencies. Experience in people management. Ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently to support clients in the region. Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics. Ability to own sales team operations across Italy: portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution. Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, engaged selling. Ability to be personable yet persistent, with good communication and people-management skills, and a passion for selling with a drive to innovate. Ability to be independent and grow on immersion in a rapidly changing environment, and possesses effective communication, problem-solving, and investigative skills. Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent CRM tracking. Model and coach business behaviors: including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and selling. Ensure team readiness to deliver advertising solutions and create a culture of business innovation and advertiser success on the team.
