We are seeking an experienced retail Manager from a customer-facing retail operation, ideally a big box store, to take up the Assistant Manager role in o ur client’s store just outside of Tipperary Town .
Our client is offering a generous salary of up to €45,000 DOE with a great opportunity to earn a big annual bonus .

The requirements for this RetailManager Job:
- At least 3 years retail experience including direct people management experience .
- Strong relevant product knowledge / track record in sale of Agri would be a major advantage, DIY, and hardware background will be considered for this role
- Proficient IT knowledge (excel/email/POS)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a proven ability to build & maintain strong working relationships with customers, colleagues & stakeholders .
- Must drive, as you will be required to travel to different stores
- Strong business acumen, customer focus and commercial awareness .

- Health and Safety – ensure that safety procedures are known, understood and followed by all colleagues
- People Management & Development – Lead and develop your team’s capabilities, in line with the client's Core Values
- Sales – Meet and exceed store targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Customer Care – demonstrate the client's commitment to excellence in customer experience
- Administration – Oversight and management of cash, wage costs, budgets and systems administration
