Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Tech Transfer Project Manager on a contractor basis (12 months initial contract) to coordinate the successful introduction of a 4-step New Product Introduction (NPI) into their API facility. Reporting directly to the Tech Transfer Manager, you will be the central point of contact for all cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager with strong pharmaceutical industry expertise to lead a high-impact project in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with interdependencies, timelines, and milestone tracking.
- Plan and oversee execution of a large-scale NPI manufacturing project in the API facility.
- Create and implement comprehensive risk management strategies, ensuring effective mitigation measures are in place.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Production, CAPEX Projects, Finance, Quality Control, Supply Chain, and Global functions.
- Monitor adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders on and offsite.

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred).
- 5+ years' experience in lead project management roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP procedures and API manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
