Overview HSE Advisor for mission critical project in Dublin Join STS Group as our next HSE Advisor in Dublin (initially a 6-month contract, with the opportunity for extension) Start Date November 3rd 2025 The Opportunity This is an initial 6-month contract, with the opportunity for extension. The successful candidate will work closely with our site management teams to ensure a positive and well-informed EHS culture flourishes. Key to this role will be identifying all EHS risks and ensuring the best prevention and mitigation controls are in place across the projects. Responsibilities - Conducting regular site audits and assessments, following up on corrective actions and becoming the go-to for all things Health, Safety, and Environmental. - Development of project specific HSE documents in conjunction with the project management team (HSE Plans, RAMS, Aspects & Impacts Register etc). - Ensuring our sites are compliant to all relevant HSE legislation, and adherent to our HSEQ Management systems (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001). - Proactively work with site management teams, subcontractors, and clients to promote the project EHS requirements. - Promoting "STS Mission Zero" by ensuring inductions, site orientations and training are delivered in a timely manner. Who We/'re Looking For - Relevant third level qualifications and training in Environmental, Health & Safety. - Good knowledge of current HSE related legislation & regulations. - Excellent IT skills, the ability to learn new systems with ease. - A self-starter and capable of working on your own initiative. - Strong interpersonal and communications skills. - High proficiency in English language (written & spoken). Desirable but not Essential - Prior experience on construction projects, ideally within the data centre and pharmaceutical industries. Why Join The STS Group?
