Quantity Surveyor

Manage all commercial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs) based on project drawings and specifications.
Administer and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Monitor and control project costs, valuations, and variations throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct tender analysis and support procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
Prepare and evaluate progress payments, final accounts, and change orders.
Provide accurate cost reporting and forecasting to support project and business decisions.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure effective communication and cost management.
Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities on projects.
Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field.
Proven experience in a commercial or cost management role within construction.
Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC).
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
