Role Summary

The role has two broad elements, namely:

1. Providing outsourced financial accounting services to clients
2. Working with other members of the Team on various financial matters

Key Responsibilities

1. Providing outsourced financial accounting services to clients (in the client's offices)
2. Responsible for client's Finance Office
3. Maintaining accounting records
4. Preparing regular management accounts
5. Preparing accounts for audit
6. Preparing budgets and forecasts
7. Treasury and cashflow management
8. Working with other members of the Team on various financial matters
9. Preparing client management accounts, budgets, accounts for audit, etc.
10. Assisting with other client financial related work

Requirements

1. Part Qualified accountant with at least three years relevant experience. Assistance will be provided in the pursuit of professional exams, if required.
2. Strong numeric, reconciliation and analytical skills
3. Proven record of ability to meet deadlines
4. Computer literate, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Accounting and Payroll software
5. Flexible with the ability to change focus of work
6. Ability to work on own initiative and to manage workload
7. Ability to communicate with clients from a non-finance background
8. Own transport desirable
