We are currently seeking highly-motivated Therapy Assistants with Hydrotherapy to join our team. There are two posts available: 1. Permanent, full time post in Dublin South, located in Sandymount 2. Fixed-term, full time post for 12 months in Co. Wicklow, located in Bray. Contract Hours: 39 hours per week Salary Scale: €32,372 - €37,617 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI's (Long Service Increments) This pay scale is subject to increases in 2025 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations. Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days pro rata per annum and proportionately less for less than 12 months service. Overview of the Post: To provide Lifeguard duties in the hydrotherapy pool and to assist therapists during hydrotherapy group and individual sessions. Essential Criteria Broad knowledge of the Enable Ireland organisation. Knowledge of swimming pool emergency operational procedures. Knowledge and understanding of health and safety as it relates to swimming pools. Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Knowledge of the disability sector. Understanding of the importance of the role of the adult when working with young children. Understanding of a family-centred approach in the delivery of services.
