BIM Engineer

They are seeking a Senior BIM Engineer to join their award-winning team on key projects in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role within the Digital Project Delivery (DPD) team and support project teams with developing, managing and delivering multi-disciplinary BIM standards & digital strategy.
Duties:
1. Provide technical expertise and leadership to implement, develop and manage a successful BIM process from Precontract all the way through the project delivery and handover.
2. Support the pre-construction team with the review of received tender documents (including Works Information, EIR) to identify Clients BIM and Digital requirements.
3. Provide technical review of 3D BIM models received at tender stage for federation, engineering checks, detection, logistics and cost management.
4. Support the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT and ensure internal project team and parties are fully aware of their responsibilities.
5. Work with planning team to develop, coordinate and deliver 4D BIM model.
6. Develop and coordinate visualizations and interactive 3D Models.
7. Lead the DPD kick-off meeting (jointly with the Information Manager) with the project team to review and finalize the DPD strategy.
Requirements:
1. Degree qualified in construction, computing or related discipline.
2. 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
3. Experience with Navisworks, Lumion and other rendering software packages.
4. Team player.
