Property Administrator - South Dublin (6 Month Contract) Reed is partnering with a new client based in South Dublin to recruit for a Property Administrator to join their busy and friendly team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. * There is good potential for the role to go permanent **The role would be ideally suited to a Property Administrator who is seeking to work towards being a Property Manager or studying for their property license. Hours: 9.00 AM - 5.30 PM Salary: €34k - €38k, DOE Duties in the role: Act as key contact with tenants, clients, solicitors, contractors and other property service providers Responsible for managing & updating monthly excel based client reports on rent collection and management activities, ensuring the highest data integrity at all times Understand property management performance & operational issues and make recommendations to management team Completing all administrative tasks & functions in respect of properties Preparing tenant lease documentation Processing RTB registrations and attending hearings as representative of the Landlord. Issuing rent reviews Managing utility accounts Preparing & issuing of statutory notices Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with contractors and follow up to ensure completion. Assist in scheduling property inspections, viewings, and appointments Maintain accurate records of tenancies, rent payments, and property-related expenses, and actively chase arrears where required Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) and other relevant regulatory bodies Assist in onboarding new tenants and conducting tenant referencing checks Handle general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing Other ad-hoc general administration responsibilities as required The successful candidate will possess the following experience, skills & competencies: A Degree or Diploma in Property or Finance will be a key advantage. Previous experience within the property industry is a key advantage. Familiarity with Irish tenancy laws and RTB procedures is an advantage. Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations is an advantage. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills: Microsoft Word & Excel (Excel must be excellent). Excellent numerical skills. Excellent and proven organisational skills. Excellent and proven written and oral communication skills. Proactive and approachable attitude.
