About the Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Mandarin-speaking Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, define requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive business success. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with strategic objectives. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further improvements. Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English with stakeholders and team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken). Experience with data modeling and process mapping. Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Kafka, ClickHouse, Hive, and related technologies, with ability to perform basic operations and maintenance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of industry-specific processes and systems. Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization software. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
