The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing business needs, investigating, identifying and making recommendations to process improvements. They will also need excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.This role will be 4 days on site per week in Dublin City Centre and it is a 6 month initial contract with view to extend.There is no sponsorship available for this opportunity so the ideal candidate must have at minimum a Stamp 4 or Stamp 1G Spousal Visa.### **Required Qualifications*** 6+ years experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services or insurance sector.* Proven track record and experience working with Agile Methodologies.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.* Experience investigating, evaluating and making recommendations to new work flows.Please contact James Yuen (james.yuen@oliverjames.com) if you would like further information about this role.
