The Role

- Provide high‑level PA and administrative support to senior fee earners

- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel

- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence

- Assist with billing, time management, and general office administration

- Liaise with clients, external counsel, and stakeholders in a professional manner

- Maintain efficient case files and document management systems

The Person

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary/PA in a busy law firm

- Strong typing, formatting, and document management skills

- Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to handle a busy workload

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment and manage multiple priorities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
