Key Responsibilities: Your role will encompass a broad range of legal disciplines, including: Employment Law Advising on day-to-day HR and employment-related matters. Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and correspondence. Delivering training on employment law topics. Data Protection Ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Overseeing and advising on data protection governance frameworks. Conducting audits and assessments to mitigate risks. Risk and Compliance Managing risk registers and ensuring best practices in compliance. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements. Supporting business acceptance, conflicts, and professional ethics compliance. Commercial Property Advising on property transactions, leases, and regulatory compliance. Mergers & Acquisitions Leading legal due diligence and advising on key agreements such as share purchase and joint venture agreements.
