We are hiring for our client, a leading law firm, who are seeking a Pensions Associate to join their Pensions & Incentives team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a broad range of pension and incentive matters across multiple sectors, within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role:
- Draft and update pension scheme documentation
- Prepare legal documents and negotiate complex transactions, including contentious matters
- Advise on day-to-day pension scheme queries and member complaints
- Provide guidance on pension scheme mergers and reorganisations
- Support sponsoring employers, trustees, and committees on legislative compliance and scheme rules
- Advise on the creation and amendment of employee incentive plans
The Person:
- Qualified solicitor or barrister in Ireland or England/Wales
- Post-qualification experience in pensions from a well-respected law firm
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload
- Sound judgment with a keen interest in maintaining and sharing legal knowledge
