Overview Our client is a tier one main contractor and have grown to become the leading and most trusted company in its sector and is a uniquely dedicated Data Centre delivery partner in Europe. They are very excited to announce an opportunity for a Tax Manager to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities Supervise corporate income tax return compliance.
Ensure timely completion and filing of all tax returns.
Assist Senior Management with global mobility-related issues.
Aid Senior Management in addressing internal and external tax inquiries and audits.
Assist in preparing local and master transfer pricing files.
Stay updated on changes in local tax legislation.
Conduct ad-hoc research on emerging tax issues.
Qualifications Hold a professional tax qualification (AITI/CTA or equivalent), ideally with an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Possess PQE tax experience with a Big 4 or Top 10 public accounting firm and/or multinational corporation preferred.
Advanced knowledge of tax accounting, audit processes, and tax law.
Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
Demonstrate high motivation and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with colleagues, external advisors, and key stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time-sensitive tasks.
Capability to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
Showcase a proven academic or professional track record reflecting dedication, ambition, and a commitment to excellence.
