LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a South Dublin based Biopharmaceutical company that specializes in secondary manufacturing activities such as Formulation, Fill Finish and Packaging. If you have 2 + years of experience working as a project coordinator on capital projects and are ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you ABOUT THE PROJECT Ensure the delivery and reporting of a portfolio of projects through the Capital Project Management Process. Managing the project repository on Sharepoint Key Responsibilities Assist with "Procure to Pay" activities including raising of Purchase Orders and logging and approval of Invoices Provide contract administrative support to Project Management team Manage the coordination of internal and external meetings, management and distribution of meeting minutes, managing travel arrangements Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers as required, managing the setup of meetings and maintain a sense of professionalism at all times ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH? Good organizational and facilitation skills Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Good organizational skills, detail-oriented & accurate, analytical skills.
