Chief Strategy & New Product Officer

At Three, innovation and direction go hand-in-hand. As Chief Strategy & New Product Officer, you'll be the driving force behind our long-term product roadmap - including our evolution beyond connectivity.

You will bring cross-tribe alignment, shape go-to-market strategies, and blend digital, technical, and data insights to create compelling, competitive propositions. You will need deep market insight, experience leading cross-functional strategy, and the ability to see both the forest and the trees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define our long-term product roadmap, including evolution beyond connectivity.
  • Drive cross-tribe alignment to ensure cohesive strategies across teams.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that incorporate digital, technical, and data insights.
  • Lead the creation of compelling, competitive propositions that meet market needs.

This is a critical executive role with a clear mandate: define where we go next and build the path to get us there.
