Your main duties will be: Ensure and deliver a high-quality food and beverage service Ensure Optimal Guest and Customer Satisfaction Maintain and improves bar and restaurant standards Manages the flow of guests, placement at tables and reservations Provide leadership and direction to the team Supervise team and allocate duties Assist with training and developing the F&B team Who we are looking for A candidate with: Ability to supervise a team Excellent people skills Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry Ability to multitask Flexibility About the Sandymount Hotel The Sandymount Hotel is a 4-star, award-winning hotel based in the residential suburb of Sandymount, Dublin 4.
