Your Contribution As a key member of this dedicated team, you will be instrumental in advising on a diverse range of corporate matters, including: Early-stage funding rounds Mergers, acquisitions, and disposals Private equity and venture capital transactions Management buy-outs Corporate restructurings Joint ventures and strategic alliances Drafting and negotiating intricate commercial contracts Who We're Seeking A qualified Corporate Solicitor with 0-4 years' post-qualification experiencegained within a reputable mid-tier or larger law firm setting.
