Cloud Infrastructure Manager - AWS Location: Dublin / Hybrid Type: Full-Time, Permanent Are you an experienced Cloud Infrastructure leader looking to play a key role in shaping cloud strategy and driving transformation within a high-profile organisation? We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead a technical team responsible for delivering and supporting enterprise-level cloud infrastructure solutions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to influence cloud adoption and migration strategies while ensuring operational stability and best practice delivery across the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a cloud infrastructure team to deliver technical, operational, and strategic outcomes. Drive cloud migration initiatives and infrastructure modernisation across AWS environments. Collaborate with internal teams including PMO, application support, QA, and DBAs to ensure alignment with business objectives. Manage third-party vendors and offshore partners to SLAs, ensuring timely and effective service delivery. Oversee incident management, escalation procedures, and ensure operational stability both in and out of hours. Develop and grow team capabilities, promoting cross-skilling and succession planning. Continuously review industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement. About You: Proven leadership experience (5-7 years) in cloud infrastructure roles within complex environments. Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services and cloud migration projects. Experience managing vendor relationships and offshore support teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive change, develop team capabilities, and deliver against business priorities. IT degree or equivalent experience required.
