As a Commercial Underwriter, you'll play a crucial role in assessing and analysing risks associated with commercial insurance policies. You'll collaborate closely with our clients, brokers, and internal teams to ensure accurate underwriting decisions and provide exceptional service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a globally renowned organisation and make a real impact in the insurance industry. This role requires all-inclusive analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with brokers and clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

You Will

- Collaborate with sub-brokers to understand their unique insurance needs.
- Evaluate and underwrite insurance policies, ensuring the best coverage.
- Develop and maintain successful relationships with clients, carriers, and colleagues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide expert advice.

Qualifications

- APA/CIP qualification or working towards the same.
- Commercial experience i.e. Property / Liability / Motor / Fleet / New Business - Sales.
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suites, in particular Microsoft Excel.
