The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand & Insights Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll play a key part in elevating our employer brand, crafting and executing strategic recruitment marketing campaigns, and using data-driven insights to improve our talent acquisition processes.
By enhancing our brand presence and optimising hiring processes, you’ll contribute to improving candidate pipelines, reducing time-to-hire, and optimising recruitment costs, making a direct impact on our growth and long-term success.

Responsibilities
Employer Branding:
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent across diverse channels, including social media, job boards, career fairs, campus recruitment, and niche communities.
- Create engaging, authentic content that highlights our company culture and values—such as blog posts, videos, social media stories, and employee testimonials—to resonate with potential candidates.
- Manage and curate our careers page, social media platforms, and employer profiles to ensure they reflect our brand, culture, and connect with target audiences effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure seamless alignment between employer branding efforts and broader corporate branding strategies.
- Continuously evaluate the success of branding initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to improve reach and engagement.
- Lead key talent acquisition initiatives, including those focused on CSR, ESG, and Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, to further improve our talent strategy.
Recruitment Marketing:
- Design, launch, and manage recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms (e.g., social media, job boards, email marketing) to drive candidate engagement.
- Leverage recruitment metrics and data to track the performance of campaigns, optimizing strategies for better reach and improved outcomes.
- Implement creative, forward-thinking strategies to enhance candidate attraction and engagement throughout the entire recruitment funnel.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor approaches, identifying innovative ways to elevate our talent attraction strategy.
Data & Insights:
- Utilise data analytics to track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, providing insights for ongoing improvement.
- Generate actionable insights from recruitment data, identifying trends and opportunities to fine-tune strategies for greater success.
- Conduct market research to benchmark our recruitment performance against industry standards and competitors, ensuring we stay competitive.
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights into recruitment performance and the impact of employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent market trends, and candidate experience optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, ATS/HRIS reports).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, job boards, and recruitment marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed).
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content.
- Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
