Brief Description of Role
We are recruiting a Mortgage Administrator to join our expanding team at DNG Financial Services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to support the mortgage team and ensure smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications from approval in principle to drawdown.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage mortgage cases post-approval through to completion
- Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure files are complete and compliant with Central Bank regulations
- Track key milestones and proactively follow up on outstanding documentation
- Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems
- Provide administrative support to Mortgage Advisors
- Ensure high levels of customer service and responsiveness
- Manage case pipeline to ensure timely processing and SLA compliance

Skills and Experience Required

- Experience in a mortgage or financial services administration role preferred
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mortgage processes and regulatory requirements is an advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Minimum or Desired Qualifications Required
APA (Loans) desirable or willingness to work toward qualification
Third Level Qualification is desirable

Additional Information
Full Time Permanent Contract – 37.5 hours per week
