Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civils & Utilities Co. Meath €65,000 - €80,000 Were working with a leading civil engineering contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-profile infrastructure and utilities projects across the Leinster region. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, theyre now seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven professional to play a key role in major civil projects, with long-term stability and career progression. Key Responsibilities Oversee all commercial and contractual elements of multiple projects from tender through to final account Manage and mentor junior QS team members Prepare and manage project budgets, valuations, variations, and cost reports Negotiate and manage subcontractor accounts and procurement Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures Liaise closely with clients, project teams, and senior management to ensure successful project delivery.
