Job Title Production Team Lead Job Locations County Cavan Salary €40K - €42K BOE About the Role: INFORM3 are recruiting for a Production Team Lead for our client based in County Cavan. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual wishing to progress in their career. This role will suit someone who has an understanding of all aspects of supervision, production, quality, training and many other areas that will be under your control. This role will include a shift rotation that will include 6-2 and 2-10 with the requirements for day shift pattern also. Roles & Responsibilities: You will report to the Production Supervisor/Manager on a daily basis of all information that is required. Provide leadership and maintain a high standard of all aspects within all the departments throughout the company. Communicate effectively to a team of people within all aspects of the Production, Training, Health & Safety, Quality, Projects and discipline in a specific area of control. Plan the daily production, allocate duties, organise material supplies, co-ordinate breaks and advise the team when and where necessary. Ensure that regular inspections are carried out of departmental production and make sure to record all information. To participate and ensure that all employees that are under your control are fully trained. Ensure that your team has an awareness of all Quality Plans and Quality Documents relating to production. Essential Criteria: 2+ years plus experience working within a Manufacturing Environment. Ability to schedule, plan and implement performance monitoring. Keen understanding of the importance of safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication. Hands on approach to work. Proficient IT Skills such as Microsoft Excel. Keen understanding of the importance of Safety, Quality and on-time delivery.
