The job will involve the following responsibilities, amongst others: Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth objectives Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support as needed Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal external stakeholders Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function?
