Dublin, Ireland Distilled Full time

What’s the opportunity

Daft.ie is Ireland’s largest property portal, with a mission to make buying and selling property simple for everyone across the country. With over 3 million users visiting our website and apps every month, we’re driven by the opportunity to enhance the home buying and selling experience. If you’re excited to do impactful work that reaches hundreds of thousands of people daily, this could be the perfect role for you.

We’re a lean, ambitious team, which means you’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact. As Senior Product Manager, you’ll own your product area end-to-end — from shaping direction to getting the details right in delivery. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, sales and marketing to bring new ideas to life, balancing user needs with commercial opportunities.

This is a role for someone who loves taking real ownership, thrives on collaboration, and is motivated by seeing their work create value for both customers and the business.

Please note: This is a 12-month contract.

What will I be doing

- Own a product area end-to-end: From strategy alignment to implementation, ensuring we’re solving real user problems in ways that also drive business results.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities: Use data and user insights to spot opportunities, and make smart prioritisation calls with your cross-functional team.
- Define and measure success: Set clear success metrics to ensure we’re always focused on what matters most.
- Be hands-on in delivery: Work closely with Design and Engineering to shape solutions, write clear requirements, and follow through on delivery.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to make sure products are not only shipped but adopted and impactful.

- Foster growth and learning: Share your experience, mentor others when needed, and help build a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.

What skills and experience do I need

- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in digital marketplaces or similar environments, with a strong focus on driving commercial outcomes. B2B or property experience is highly beneficial but not a requirement.
- Proven end-to-end ownership: You’ve independently taken products from idea to launch and growth, making prioritisation calls and delivering measurable results. (This is crucial — please only apply if you have managed the full lifecycle of a product.)
- User + commercial focus: A track record of balancing user research with commercial insights to create products that grow adoption and revenue.
- Hands-on product craft: Comfortable working closely with engineering and design, diving into the details while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
- Data-driven mindset: Confident using data to guide decisions, test assumptions, and measure impact.
- Collaborative communicator: Able to build trust, alignment, and momentum across cross-functional teams.
- You are curious, experimental, and always looking for better ways to create value.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics.

What’s it like to work here

You will have the opportunity to work with one of Ireland's fastest growing Internet companies. You will get the chance to create a significant contribution to our strategic direction. Projects are exciting and employees are given wide scope for creativity and innovation.

Benefits - what you can expect

- Our goal is to maintain a culture where people look forward to work – whether in our centrally located office in Dublin or working remotely, which is optional for all employees.

- We do that by making Distilled a place you'll be listened to and trusted to do your job. Where you can have fun, learn and feel appreciated. And where you get focused career development, growth and progression opportunities.

- We want you to feel confident that this is the right place for you, your career, your wellbeing and your future.
