Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group.

This is an excellent time to join as we look to grow to over 300m guests and 800 aircraft within the next 10 years.

The successful candidate will be based at our Dublin Head Office and should be a specialist in Spanish payroll processed. We have over 4000 aviation professionals that are applicable to our Spanish payroll process and its administration. This is an exciting role for a self-starter, keen to progress their careers in a world leading company.

Responsibilities

- Overview of payroll processes in Spain, which would require knowledge on the most common payroll systems (RED, SILTRA, Contrat@, DELTA, etc.) and knowledge in Spanish Tax and Social security matters
- Provide assistance in the adaptation of the company’s systems to ease the payroll process in Spain
- Provide advice on compliance and response to ad – hoc queries.
- Interaction with local providers and other departments
- Deal with daily administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements

- Excellent knowledge of Spanish payroll systems
- 3+ years of experience in a payroll department.
- Excellent communication, oral and written skills.
- High level in Office Suite (and particularly Excel)
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
