*Job Progression Opportunity - Wonderful company with a superb reputation* We have a really exciting opportunity for a Structural Engineer with 6-8 years experience to join a medium sized well established civil and structural engineering consultancy in Dublin. My client focuses on maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with their clients and partners. There will be the opportunity to travel. The successful Structural Engineer will be responsible for the design and management of a range of projects. Typical projects include mixed use developments, hotels, commercial, retail, industrial, automated distribution centres and residential developments largely for blue chip clients. You will work on engineering challenging projects whilst having a good work life balance. This company offers a fantastic working environment in a great location. Sample of current Projects: €10M Retail development €10M Office development €40M Multistorey apartment complex in Dublin €50M & €200M Logistics buildings Automated Distribution Centres within the logistics sector for some of the biggest companies in the world Multiple mixed use developments & Residential developments Projects range in values from €10m €200m. Huge variety of projects across Ireland, UK, Europe, North America, Asia& Middle East. Role / Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering or equivalent. 6-8 years+ experience in the design of building projects. Ideally the successful Structural Engineer will be chartered or on the road to chartership. The successful Structural Engineer will have strong experience in concrete and steel design and careful attention to detail Familiar with Eurocodes/ British Standards Proven use of 3D modelling software (Tekla Structural Designer, Robot, Etabs etc.) Organised approach to problem solving and a willingness to explore new opportunities Ideally have a driving licence Salary: Salary €60K - €70K+ doe Excellent bonus paid twice a year (circa 12%) Generous Pension Remote working & flexible working hours Annual company overnight outings Paid Institute Membership 23 days leave per annum Long service leave Expenses Excellent CPD programme If you are a Structural Engineer considering a career move, please feel to send your cv CV or contact Alice Condon for a confidential discussion.
