About These Opportunities
HSE hospitals across Dublin, Limerick, and Cork are expanding perioperative services and seeking experienced Theatre Nurses to join their permanent teams. We are recruiting across multiple theatre specialties, offering excellent opportunities for nurses with strong perioperative, scrub, anaesthetics, or recovery nursing experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in line with HSE standards.
- Prepare and manage theatre environments, equipment, and surgical instrumentation.
- Support surgeons and anaesthetists during procedures (scrub/circulating roles).
- Deliver safe and effective care in anaesthetics and PACU settings.
- Ensure accurate patient observation, assessment, and documentation.
- Maintain strict compliance with infection prevention and safety protocols.
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary theatre team.

Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN/RN) with NMBI PIN, or eligible for NMBI registration.
- Theatre/Perioperative nursing experience in hospital settings (minimum 6–12 months desirable).
- Experience in scrub, anaesthetics, recovery, or endoscopy is highly desirable.
- Strong decision‑making, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, highly specialised surgical environment.
