Position Summary
KKR is looking for a content specialist to join KKR’s Global Communications team to support content development for the firm’s external and internal communications across the globe. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent writing and project management skills, acute attention to detail, experience in content creation, copywriting or journalism, and a keen interest in finance and media. KKR’s Global Communications team is responsible for internal and external communications, management of KKR’s brand and reputation, and serving as spokespeople for the firm. This role is based in KKR’s Dublin office.
Responsibilities Work as a member of KKR’s Global Communications team to protect and enhance KKR’s brand and reputation by supporting a world-class communications program that advances the firm’s core growth priorities.
Contribute to fast-paced and mission critical communications workflows across KKR’s external corporate communications and media relations engagements, deal and portfolio company activity, and global internal communications programming.
Craft compelling content and contribute to storytelling on KKR’s corporate narrative, culture, investment activity, and portfolio company developments.
Become an expert on KKR’s positioning, facts & figures, key messages and closely follow industry news and trends.
Work with senior stakeholders across the firm to align messaging, identify compelling stories, and create content that brings together business objectives and local market positioning with the firm’s global priorities.
Create, edit, and review content across formats (announcements, speeches, web/social copy, op-eds, awards, videos, internal newsletters, fact sheets, etc.), ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency with editorial standards.
Develop and maintain style-guides and rules of the road for KKR’s communications content.
Collect, organize and maintain messaging, materials and facts & figures. Serve as a fact-checker and trusted source of truth for firm data, messages, and storytelling, with speed and precision.
Project manage content workflows, including approval processes and legal & compliance review.
Manage high-volume of content and information; delivering flawless work under time pressure.
Enhance team effectiveness through technology adoption, with a focus on AI, automation, and analytics to improve workflows, insights, and content management.
Qualifications High-energy level/passion for the work; proactive and performance-driven in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven ability to take initiative and work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, take a hands-on approach to work, have a critical eye to detail, and ensure deadlines are met.
Ability to manage highly sensitive, confidential information with complete discretion.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal.
Solution-oriented team player who reflects the firm’s core values and principles (high integrity, apolitical, grounded, commitment to excellence, respectful).
Demonstrated use of AI, technology systems and analytics is a strong plus.
4+ years of professional experience in communications, marketing, journalism or copywriting.
Evidence of a compelling content portfolio and experience producing content across mediums, including corporate materials and social media.
Creativity, curiosity and analytical skills.
Background in financial services, law or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
