Job Title: Production Operator Location: Shannon, Ireland Schedule: Monday to Friday Hourly Rate: €14.00 Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Operators to join our dynamic team in Shannon. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a production environment and be comfortable operating various production machines. Key Responsibilities: Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures. Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct routine checks and maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Handle materials and products safely and efficiently, following all safety guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues as they arise. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Document production activities and report any discrepancies or issues to supervision. Qualifications: Previous experience in a production environment is required. Experience working with production machines is a significant plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials as needed. Why Join Us?
