The Company
Reach International is working with this global accountancy firm to recruit a Risk Manager for its Dublin, Ireland office. This role is within the Risk Management team.
The Role
1. Work with engagement teams to resolve enquiries related to risk management matters.
2. Assist teams in identifying appropriate standards and guidance.
3. Support teams during external and internal audit inspections and respond to audit regulators.
4. Develop internal policies and guidance on risk and quality matters.
5. Maintain and update internal documentation and risk management policies.
6. Contribute to internal conferences, publications, and presentations.
7. Participate in projects of professional accountancy body committees.
The Candidate
1. Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent qualification.
2. Experience working in a professional services firm.
3. At least 1 year at a managerial level.
4. Experience in internal audit, compliance, or internal controls, with an interest in moving into a more advisory role, leveraging existing skills and knowledge.
5. Knowledge of banking or insurance clients is advantageous but not essential.
