Senior Quantity Surveyor (Fit-out) Senior Quantity Surveyor with 6+ years' experience required to join long-established and highly reputable Mid-sized Main Building Contractor to work on their fit-out division in the Dublin area. Requirements: Degree qualified with at least 6+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying with a main building contractor in Ireland or the UK. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Must be commercially and contractually aware. Ambitious and committed to delivering an excellent standard of work. Must be eligible to work in Ireland. Duties: Assist in the preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender submissions. Support the commercial management of live civil and renewables projects. Prepare and track subcontractor payments, valuations, and change orders. Work closely with the project team to ensure accurate forecasting and cost reporting. Contribute to procurement and negotiation processes with suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor site progress and attend project meetings as needed. Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures.
