Role
Content Strategist LLM

Contract length: 11 months with potential for extension

Location: Remote in Ireland - must have full right to work in Ireland

Join a global tech leader working on one of the world/'s most widely used communication platforms with over 2 billion users. This is an exciting opportunity for a Content Strategist to work on projects that enhance user experience and support content—using AI and large language models (LLMs).

What You’ll Do:

Create, edit, and optimize Help Center and support content.

Structure content to support chatbot/LLM interactions.

Use data to drive improvements in customer experience.

Work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, and product teams.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years in content strategy or technical writing.

Experience with content for LLMs or AI products.

Familiarity with CMS, XML, and project management tools.

Strong communication skills and editorial judgment.

Background in English, Journalism, or a related field.
