On behalf of my client in Ennis, County Clare, I am recruiting for a Receptionist. Hours of work: 30 hours per week (Monday - Friday; covering core business hours) Start date: As soon as possible Responsibilities: Covering reception, meeting and greeting clients Dictaphone typing Taking payments Coordinate and schedule appointments Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries Handling incoming and outgoing post Follow procedures and comply with policies Various other ad hoc duties as required Requirements: Experience with Dictaphone typing essential Experience with Quickbooks desirable Experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred. Proficient in using word/excel Strong organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
