Senior .NET/C# Developer Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid - 2 days in office, 3 days working from home) Position: Permanent | Full Time Salary: €80,000 + 10% bonus About the Company This well-established Irish technology company designs and delivers high-performance, cloud-based platforms used by enterprise clients worldwide. The Opportunity This is a hands-on Senior Software Developer role focused on building modern, containerised applications using .NET, C#, and cloud technologies. You'll contribute to the full lifecycle - from architecture and design through to deployment and optimisation - while working alongside talented engineers and product specialists on new greenfield initiatives. It's an ideal role for someone who enjoys working across the full stack, thrives in an agile product environment, and wants to see their ideas make a direct impact. What You'll Do Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance applications using C# / .NET / .NET Core Build and maintain containerised applications using Docker (and/or Kubernetes) Deploy and manage solutions in Azure or AWS environments Work with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar) to ensure smooth delivery Collaborate with front-end engineers on Angular / TypeScript-based user interfaces Work closely with QA, Product, and DevOps teams in an agile, product-led environment Participate in code reviews, architecture sessions, and sprint planning Contribute to new greenfield projects focused on scalable, cloud-native services Mentor other developers and champion best practices across the team What You'll Bring 6+ years' (ideally 8+) experience developing software using C# / .NET / .NET Core Strong experience in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) Proven ability to build containerised solutions using Docker (Kubernetes experience a plus) Familiarity with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular / React / TypeScript) - full-stack mindset preferred Background in software product environments or SaaS application development Excellent communication and collaboration skills - comfortable working across cross-functional teams Experience contributing to or leading greenfield builds highly desirable Passion for clean code, automation, and continuous improvement Why Join Strong Package: €80,000 + 10% bonus + 5% pension + private healthcare Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days in Dublin office, 3 days remote Impact: Play a leading role in new product development and platform modernisation Ownership: Real autonomy and influence over technical direction and implementation Environment: Supportive, forward-thinking culture focused on quality engineering practices How to Apply If you're a seasoned .NET developer who enjoys solving complex problems, building containerised cloud applications, and working on greenfield projects - we'd love to hear from you.
