Your Role:

- Ensure seamless service availability and high performance for critical systems that customers rely on.
- Foster collaboration and technical excellence across Enterprise Infrastructure teams.
- Proactively identify and implement observability and automation improvements to prevent future incidents.
- Elevate team skills by sharing knowledge, mentoring, and leading by example.

Your Qualifications:

- Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex systems across hardware, software, network, and cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
- Deep understanding of observability tools, automation, and incident management practices.
- Proven ability to lead under pressure and guide teams through major incidents.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate across diverse technical teams.
