The Role:

- Advise clients on a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and corporate restructuring.
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements and transaction documentation.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients in varied industries.

The Person:

- 4-8 years’ PQE with a strong corporate law background.
- Proven experience in managing high-value corporate transactions.
